This photo had a lot of potential it was dull, and nothing stood out. That made it easier to just go with the flow. I used the crop tool to crop out the right side of the photo, the magnetic lasso tool was needed so that when the image was changed to black and white the sign would stay the same.

When you change the image to black and white play with the levels to get the right match, also change the sign to glow and stand out.

I love this photo, it goes well with the Eiffel Tower photo.
